Free Legal Clinic will be in Linden at the Courthouse on October 25, 1 PM to 5PM, to meet with people who have legal questions. You will meet with a volunteer attorney and get legal advice, and you may discover new resources.
The event is sponsored by TALS (Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services), Justice for All, and the Legal Aid Society.
This is the first time the TN Justice Bus will be on-site in Perry County. Please come between the hours of 1 to 5 PM, you won't be able to miss the bus!

Court Responsibilities
Law and Order of Perry County Tennessee
General Sessions Court, presided by Judge Katerina V. Moore, hears both civil and criminal cases. Judge Moore also served as juvenile judge. Civil jurisdiction is restricted to specific monetary limits and types of actions. Criminal jurisdiction is limited to preliminary hearings in felony cases and misdemeanor trials in which a defendant waives the right to a grand jury investigation and trial by jury in Circuit or Criminal Court.
